What does the plan include?
The CPU, memory, NVMe storage and monthly transfer shown on the selected plan, plus root access. It is a self managed Linux service.
Is this managed hosting?
No. You manage the operating system, applications, updates and security. Hostrelo is responsible for the service described in your order and the operator’s documented delivery process.
Can the service renew automatically?
Only when the product and checkout explicitly identify a recurring subscription. Standard one month products need a separate payment for the next month.
Which locations and operating systems are available?
The product configuration page lists the locations, system images and panels confirmed by the operator. Contact support about residency or network requirements before ordering.
What should I prepare before ordering?
Have a public SSH key ready, choose a server name and confirm how you will update, monitor and back up the software you install.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
